UPDATE: do NOT buy this POS! pretty yes, bright no : LumiSource AD-ELEMENT3W Element Touch Table Lamp, Sleek Chrome Finish

Pros:
-Responds quickly and well to touch
-Pretty bright
-Metal finish looks nice

Cons:
-Has a very bizarre habit of turning on by itself. Happens sporadically, but have seen it happen right in front of me on several occasions. This is a pretty big fail as far as a lamp is concerned.
-Not a very wide light range, restricted to narrow area
-Fingerprint magnet
-No dimmer or different light level options.

Summary: although its not a terrible lamp, the combination of the malfunction where it turns on by itself and the narrow light range means there are better options out there. Do not recommend.
